Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY) or Mudra Loan is a funding scheme initiated by the Government of India. Mudra loan under PMMY provides funding support of maximum up to Rs. 10 lakh to individuals, SMEs, MSMEs, and non-corporate and non-farm small/micro-enterprises. Procedure to Apply Online Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana Application Form 2021

Step 1- Visit the Official Website of Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana i.e. www.mudra.org.in.

Step 2- On the Homepage, There is an option for all three types of loans on the website. Click on any loan you want to download and download the form.

Step 3- The application Form PDF page will be displayed on the screen. After this you will have to take a print out of this application form.

Step 4- Now fill the required details (Mention all the details such as name, father/ husband name, date of birth, gender, caste and other information) and upload documents.Apart from general information in this form, you will also have to tell about the place of starting a business.

Step 5- If you are from reserved category then you will also have to submit caste certificate.

Step 6- You will also need two passport size photos while filling the form.

Step 7- After the process of filling the form, go to your bank or any bank and submit all the documents.

Step 8- During this time, the branch manager of the bank can take information about your business and work from you.

Step 9- After that he approves your loan. Within a few days of applying for a loan, you will get a Mudra Debit Card and your loan amount will be deposited in this card. Which you will be able to use to start your business.

Beneficiary Guidelines
  • The person taking the loan should not be less than 18 years of age.
  • Applicant should not be a defaulter in any bank
  • Applicants earning should be more than 17000 rupees.

Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana 2021: Online Application Form PDF Download – Pradhan Mantri MUDRA Yojana (PMMY) is a scheme launched by the Hon’ble Prime Minister on April 8, 2015 for providing loans up to 10 lakh to the non-corporate, non-farm small/micro enterprises.   • Not only this, no processing charge is also charged from the beneficiary for this.
  • Under this, different rates are charged on the loan taken and it depends on the nature of your work. However, the minimum interest rate is around 12%.

Types of Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana

Within the framework and overall objective of development and growth of the micro-enterprises sector under Shishu, Kishore and Tarun, the products being offered by MUDRA are so designed, to meet requirements of different sectors/business activities as well as business/ entrepreneur segments.

Three types of loans are given under this scheme.

  • Shishu Loan: Under this type of Mudra scheme, loans up to ₹ 50000 will be allocated to the beneficiaries.
  • Kishore Loan: Under this type of Mudra scheme, beneficiaries of loans ranging from ₹ 50000 to ₹ 500000 will be allocated.
  • Tarun Loan: Under this type of Mudra scheme, loans ranging from ₹ 500000 to ₹ 1000000 will be allocated to the beneficiaries.

MUDRA Card under PM Mudra Loan

MUDRA Card is a debit card issued against the MUDRA loan account, for working capital portion of the loan. The borrower can make use of MUDRA Card in multiple drawals and credits, so as to manage the working capital limit in cost-efficient manner and keep the interest burden minimum. MUDRA Card also helps in digitalization of MUDRA transactions and creating credit history for the borrower.

MUDRA Card can be operated across the country for withdrawal of cash from any ATM / micro ATM and also make payment through any ‘Point of Sale’ machines.
