Many state governments are providing curfew pass through online mode. Applicants can apply for the curfew pass via WhatsApp and email too. To apply for WhatsApp you have to send your details along with the necessary documents through WhatsApp on the number provided by the state government. To apply via email you have to send the documents along with information on the email provided by the state government.
