RTE Gujarat 2022

Right to Information cell has been developed in the Gujarat state to provide important educational facilities to all the children who are not able to pay their school fees. The Right to Information quota is available in almost all of the schools of the Gujarat districts. The students can fill up the admission form for RTE and then can submit the application form in their respective schools to avail of the benefit of less fee and also all of the other financial incentives.

Objective Of RTE Gujarat Admission

The main objective of RTE Gujarat admission is to provide education to each and every child of the state under the right to education act. Under this scheme, every private school has to keep a separate Quota for economically weaker section students so that each and every child can get an education despite their financial condition. This scheme is going to improve the literacy rate among economically weaker sections. Implementation of this scheme will improve the standard of living of students. Other than that students will also become self-dependent. This scheme will also play a major role in providing quality education which will ultimately help students to get better employment

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to get admission in RTE Gujarat, the applicants must follow the following eligibility criteria given below:-

Children must be born between 2 June 2014 to 1 June 2015
The annual income of the household must be-
- For ST/ SC- Rs. 2 lac per annum
- For OBC- Rs. 1 lac per annum
- For General- Rs. 68,000 per annum

The guardian’s voice certificate	In the case of old income, the certificate of Mamlatdar, Taluka Development Officer or competent authority will be valid. The new revenue example will be valid only for the e-stream centre / public service centre.
BPL	The guardian falling in the BPL category from 1 to 8 marks will have to submit the example of Taluka Development Officer or Director, District Rural Development Agency for the rural area,
Wondering tribes and dissected tribes	Certificate of Mamlatdar Shri or Social Welfare Officer, Taluka Development Officer or Competent Authority
Orphaned child	Certificate of the District’s Child Welfare Committee

Admit Card of RTE Gujarat Admission

To get the admit card, the students must follow the following steps given below:-

On the web page enter the following information-
- Admission Number
- Date Of Birth
Click on submit
The admit card will appear on the screen.

Instruction For Filling Online Form

If any error is found while filling the form then the candidate can fill a new form. Filling a new form will automatically cancel the previous one
If any document uploaded by the parents is found to be invalid then action will be taken against the parents for presenting false supporting documents
For those students who are studying in Anganwadi Centre, they have to submit a certified example of the concerned Anganwadi worker or competent authority
The school allotment will be done as per the priority of the following categories as per the resolution:-
- Orphan child
- A child in need of care and protection
- Kindergarten children
- Children of child labor/migrant labor
- Children with Dementia / Cerebral Palsy, Children with Special Needs / Physically Handicapped, and Handicapped
- (ART) Children receiving anti-retroviral therapy
- Children of military/paramilitary/police personnel martyred during duty
- A parent who has an only child and that child is only a daughter
- Children studying in state government-owned Anganwadi
- The Children of BPL family of all categories ( SC, ST, SEBC, General, and others) with marks from 0 to 20
- Children of Scheduled Caste ( SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) category
- Socially and Educationally Backward Classes / Other Backward Classes / Nomadic and Liberal Children
- General Category / Non-Reserved Class Children
There is also an income limit for getting admission under RTE which is Rs 150000
