203 Residential Cum Commercial Plots Available For Auction

The Municipal and Industrial development corporation(CIDCO) is going to auction 203 residential cum commercial plots under the three schemes. These plots are located in Navi Mumbai. This information has been given by CIDCO on 7th July 2021. Out of these 203 plots 12 residential cum commercial plots will be offered under the first scheme which are located in Kharghar, Kalamboli, and New Panvel(E). These plots are ranging from 1902.43 square meters to 8143.3 square meters. 182 residential plots will be offered under the 2nd scheme. These are ranging from 41.41 square meters to 391 square meters. The location of these plots is located in Airoli, Ghansoli, Kharghar, Kalamboli, and Panvel.

Other than that 9 residential cum commercial and residential plots are available at Koparkhairane and Nerul under the 3rd scheme which is ranging from 753.09 square meters to 1403.70 square meters. Through these three schemes, the real estate sector and the economy of the state will be boosted amid the covid-19 pandemic.
The sale of these plots will be done through E-tendering and E-auction

The major objective of the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra behind CIDCO is to provide houses to the economically weaker section and lower-income group people of the state. The government wants to provide houses to everyone in the state by 2022.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must earn monthly income of Rs. 25000/- per month to apply for Economically Weaker Section category flats
Applicants must earn a monthly income between Rs. 25000/- to Rs. 50000/- per month to apply for Low Income Group category flats.
